How ?
Working at Bees Boost provides you with the opportunity to develop hard skills in the field of communication, including creating written and visual content, website design, translation, and more. You’ll also have the chance to enhance your soft skills such as teamwork, creativity, time management, and autonomy.
These opportunities allow you to apply your theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges and make the most of your skills. Our goal is to ensure that your experience is as rewarding as possible for your personal growth (and future career) !
The selection process
At Bees Boost, we’re committed to delivering the best service to our customers, and that’s why we have a selection process in place. Our aim is to ensure that your profile aligns with the expectations and requirements of our clients, allowing you to tackle real missions effectively.
An initial one-on-one interview where we get to know you better and understand your profile.
1-2 mock missions to assess your skill level and readiness.
2 to 3 test missions on real projects to demonstrate your ability to handle real missions.
If you successfully complete the previous steps, you’ll receive your first assignment tailored to your strengths, guided by our project manager.
Don’t fret! We have confidence in your abilities. Trust yourself and take the next step !

INTERN ?
Are you one of our former interns? Good news! You have priority over assignments, and you no longer need to go through the full selection process. If you have acquired new skills since your internship and you want to work on concrete projects, we may request examples or have you undertaken a test mission to assess your readiness for this type of assignment.
